    All employees of LTS Cleaning Ltd have a duty of responsibility to our clients to keep any information gained whilst working on site as confidential. Any employee gaining confidential information must ensure that they neither disclose nor make use of that information without the consent of the owner of the information.
    The employee’s duty of trust and confidence extends to many aspects of his or her daily work, including:
    • keeping confidential business and commercial information gained during their employment.
    • not using information gained to make a secret or personal profit.
    • not competing with the employer whilst employed.
    • acting honestly towards the employer and client; and
    • disclosing to the employer any information which might be of benefit to the business.

    I will abide by the terms of this Confidentiality Policy.

    I am aware of the Confidentiality Policy of LTS Cleaning Ltd and fully understand my obligation to uphold this agreement and understand the consequences of any breach of this policy.

    I understand any breach or suspected breach of the Confidentiality Policy by me, either during or after my employment by LTS Cleaning Ltd will be passed to lawyers acting on behalf of LTS Cleaning Ltd.

    GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation 2016)
    As a company LTS Cleaning LTD will handle your personal data in line with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation 2016).
    All LTS Cleaning staff, managers and Directors who are responsible for storing, processing and handling your data will do so in line with GDPR.

    Your personal data will be kept secure only for as long as is legally necessary and in line with our company policy. Your data will only be passed to another party where we are legally obliged to do so or where you have given your consent.
    We will only keep your data that is necessary for your employment and payroll purposes.

    You are entitled to see any of your data we hold. Any request to see this information should be made to the General Manager.

    As an employee you are also legally required to work within the guidelines laid down in GDPR. This means that you are not at liberty to pass on any information about your work colleagues or clients to other staff members or people outside from outside the company unless there is a legal reason to do so, for instance, a health and safety breach. To do this would be a breach of your contract.
