We strive to achieve 100% satisfaction on our monthly audits & work hard to achieve all cross contamination guidelines.

Our clients premises and equipment are kept clean and to a high standard, all cleaning is done in line with current legislation and guidance, our clients sites are visibly clean and free of odours that may be offensive or unpleasant. All staff use appropriate cleaning methods and agents throughout sites. We operate to a cleaning schedule which is strictly monitored. Action is taken immediately if any shortfalls are identified and action plans to stop reoccurrence are put in place. Monthly audits are carried out to ensure our high standards are being kept as expected by our clients. Infection control training is carried out for all staff & monitored regularly.

All training record’s are kept in the site Health & Safety manual and can be viewed by anyone auditing site. This training is updated yearly. All waste is managed in line with current legislation, double bagging & segregation are fully complied with.

All staff are re-trained on waste disposal yearly.
